At our last status meeting, we discussed that a current project was ready for Medical Review. Our discussion was as follows:

GHC:
Riddler, before you send this out, come to me. I have some information the medical reviewer needs to have when he does the review.
Riddler:
Absolutely.

Today, GHC gets an email from Riddler. “Where’s that info for the medical reviewer? I sent the demo out a few days ago.”

It’s good to acknowledge a course of action and then explicitly ignore it.
