Farva is going away on vacation for a week. This is a good thing.

But, in his overzealous attempt to feel responsible for some measure of success he decides to be proactive about any tech support calls that might come in while he’s away. (Because obviously, he is our sole source of competent knowledge.)

He specifically refers me to 2 technotes, noting they are important and will tell me everything I need to know.

I look at them.

I wrote them.

I emailed them to him a month ago.

At least he’s trying.
