Riddler’s time this morning was dominated by a 2.5 hour tech support call with FedEx. It ended bitterly…with an argument and the Riddler claiming to have a meeting scheduled.

The fugliness was further compounded by the fact that I actually had to ship a package today and used an alternate carrier because of the technical difficulties. I also discovered that we have a shipping package, but no shipping materials or containers. A nasty business all around.

I stand corrected yet again. Time spent on the phone with FedEx surpassed 4.5 hours in total. The issue is still unresolved.
