Unit23 determined that our product serial-number scheme doesn’t work at all. He can register the same product serial number 1000 times with different accounts. The entire point of the serial number is to only allow 1 account per serial number.

We spent loads of time making this work, only to find out that the guy Riddler hired to do the web-side programming totally and utterly botched it.

Apparently it’s been like this for months, if not years.

There is no fix in sight.
