We had a meeting to discuss how’s Farva’s work would be offloaded to others when he left. There was a mention that there were Tech Support website pages online.

I’d never seen these pages before and hadn’t known of them. So, around 11:30pm I mistakenly decided to look at them before going to sleep.

OMFG.

There were no less than 10 issues both technical and with content. Broken links, missing page titles, no keywords, grammatical and spelling mistakes, etc.

Terrible and embarrassing. (But unfortunately not surprising.)

So, I send Riddler a nice 2 page email outlining all the problems. To be discussed tomorrow.
