The [product name] is being used internationally by hundreds of institutions to establish patient education and the center of cancer care program. It forms the core of the education intervention at [big institution 1], [big institution 2], and numerous comprehensive cancer centers internationally. Through these many institutions hundreds of thousands of patients have enjoy the benefit of the [product name].

Other than the failure to use the English language properly, it sounds like this might be a big deal. Except… we’ve only installed our product at perhaps 20 small institutions. And how many people have we reached with it? If I was being generous I’d say maybe 1,000. Hundreds of thousands? Not even close.

And finally, he provides the mission statement for the product:

Developing a new method of education using multimedia to effectively deliver clarity to a diverse audience, on the many aspects of tumor site specific disease.

Our mission is to “delivery clarity”. The noun, clarity. We deliver it.
