I inform him that all photos were for reference only, not posed shots, and certainly not for project or promotional use. Also, we have no model-release forms for any of these, and we’re not allowed to use them in any public way.

So, Teabag leaves, and then 10 minutes later casually goes over to Unit23 and asks him to burn a CD of the photos to send out-of-house for use in a demo.
