Riddler signed off on a hospital demo last night at 5pm. This was needed for us to begin production because we’ve got a deadline coming up.

Today, Riddler arrives with major new changes to 40% of the slides for the demo, most of which conceptually just don’t work.

Riddler had proposed the ‘sign-off then produce’ procedure to avoid the colossal re-do’s that occurred in previous demos.

So, how do you make a project worse? Give sign-off, approval, and then change everything anyways after production is complete.
